  3. My favorite beef recipe is this:

    1 pkg ground beef
    1 box Mac & cheese
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 pkg cheese

brown up the beef. Season anyway you'd like (we just play with seasonings but steer more toward Italian since this is an Italian type dish) Add spaghetti sauce. Not to runny but not to dry. about the consistency of spaghetti sauce for noodles. While doing that have the water boiling and boil noodles. Then make the mac and cheese. Add a handful of cheese to the sauce and then add the mac and cheese. top with the remaining cheese and put in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy with garlic bread :)

  7. Yay, great giveaway! My favorite beef recipe is just plain ol' pot roast in the crock pot! Roast, carrots, onion, and potatoes, then cover it with beefy mushroom soup, mmmm.

  9. While I'd love to share an equally sophisticated and impressive beef recipe with you, I keep coming back to the same thing... my mom's sloppy joes! It's a comfort food for me when I'm sad about being so far away from all of you and needing something to remind me of home.

    1 lb ground beef
    3/4 C. catsup
    2 TBS sugar
    1 TBS white vinegar
    1 tsp mustard

Brown ground beef, drain. Mix Remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over ground beef. Let sit on very low heat. Serve!
(Mom usually employs the use of a crockpot on this one, which works great. I don't have one so I stick with the skillet method. Either way it's delicious!)
